The lights are up, the holiday songs are playing and it’s the time of year tocelebrate the past year and look forward to a new one.   We’ve got a festive cocktail to offer when friends come calling that is different, delicious and boasts the powerful benefits of matcha  so get pouring (responsibly of course!) It’s a green twist on the popular gin and tonic and is sure to get your holiday party rolling.   Ordering pure organic matcha couldn’t be easier here at Healthy Tokyo https://healthytokyo.com/matcha/ and you’re on your way to  merry matcha      Matcha Maple Gin & Tonic Refreshing gin and tonic made better by matcha!     Ingredients:   ½ – ¾ tsp matcha (No.2) 2 oz warm water  2 oz gin  1 oz lime juice  1 tsp maple syrup  4 oz tonic  Method: Mix matcha with warm water and whisk until smooth.   Add in gin, lime juice and maple syrup stirring well.   Divide among two ice filled glasses and add tonic.   Garnish with lime slice.     Yield: Two 4 oz drinks over ice.
