Matcha Ginger Bars


Calories per serving (serving size one bar): 190
Yield: 8 large bars or 16 squares

1 2/3 cup of pitted dates
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp ginger powder
2/3 cup almonds (slivered or chopped)
2 tbsp Organic Matcha Classic
2 tbsp coconut butter
1/3 cup coconut flakes
2 tbsp maple syrup


  1. Add the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until completely combined (around 2 mins).
  2. Lay out on parchment paper and press firmly into a 1 inch thick rectangle.
  3. Chill on a flat surface in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars and lightly dust with a little matcha.
