Ingredients
Calories per serving (serving size 1 smoothie): 230
Yield: One Smoothie

1 banana, frozen
2 small kiwis or 1 large
1 squeeze of lime or lemon
1 handful of mint
1 handful of greens (spinach, kale etc.)
1 inch knob of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
1 tsp Organic Matcha Classic
1 cup ice
1/2 cup water or coconut water

Method

  1. Add all the of the matcha smoothie recipe ingredients to the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a tall glass.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy.
