On Sunday September 27th,, Yoko Aoki will run a class entitled “The Real Food”. In this course you will learn the basic theory of Macrobiotics and its positive effects and about traditional Japanese foods and seasonings.
The course is from 11:00 – 1:00 and includes a special organic lunch rich with traditional Japanese ingredients. Participants also receive the recipe card to create this meal at home.
The price is ￥5,400.
