Jingu Stadium Night Yoga is the perfect event if you’re looking to take advantage of the last few remaining warmer nights, make friends and get fit while doing it! Jingu Active Icon, the group behind the event, is bringing together the greats of the Japanese yoga community for free hour long, sessions for all to enjoy!
Meiji Jingu Stadium is located in gorgeous Gaien Park right in the heart of Tokyo. Meiji Jingu Stadium will not only be home to the Yakult Swallows but also health-centric, friendly people. The Jingu Stadium Night Yoga events are part of ‘Jingu Active Icon’, a collective movement designed to bring health and wellness to Jingu Stadium. Jingu Active Icon also seeks to promote communication on the importance of a healthy lifestyle. These large scale group yoga sessions are also designed to have a ripple effect on society, energizing society through movement and calmness.

The event will be conducted in Japanese, however there will be dedicated yoga instructors well versed in bilingual yoga instruction on ground for maximum intercultural engagement. Jingu stadium night yoga is free of charge and no prior RSVP is necessary. You can register to participate at the event on the day, however, spaces are filled on a first come, first served basis. Doors open at 7pm and there’s an hour of yoga from 7.30pm-8.30pm! So if it fills up, then unfortunately, reception may close for that night.
