This ground fish meat can be used as a cooking ingredient in any recipy of your choice. Grind well, mix with vegetables to make delicious Tempura or grill in a frying pan.
Sugarlady carefully selects fresh ingredients for shelled shrimp and fish paste products to leverage their original flavor. How to prepare
To defrost, run the whole bag under cold water. Massage the bag immediately when it’s soft and it’s ready to use. After thawing, if it is left out for a while, it may get stiff. Please avoid using hot water or a microwave oven to defrost. Because it is ground raw fish, please be sure to cook it thoroughly before consuming. If using in soups like broth or miso soup, cut the corner of the bag and squeeze it out, roll it with spoon, drop it and cook in boiling soup. You can also mix it with your favourite ingriedients (burdock, carrot, cloud ear, Japanese basil, etc) and fry them in oil or cook in frying pan to enjoy.
