About the product
Chicken breasts were used in this dish, which is a type of cutlet grilled in a frying pan.
All our products’ original meat is obtained from livestocks that were raised on carefully selected feed at contract farms in Tokushima and Kagawa (Japan). They come from Akadori chickens, raised in sanitary poultry houses in the mountains surrounded by rich nature. The chickens used for our products are raised on special feed and without using any therapeutic chemicals or antibiotics.
In an effort to deliver delicious and safe meat to customers, Sugarlady developed its own meat, as well as therapeutic chemical and antibiotic-free chicken, beef, and pork for its products.
The result: chicken with rich taste and no poultry smell.
How to prepare
Thaw the product in the refrigerator in its bag. Place a sheet of oil in a frying pan (about half of the thickness of the chicken as a mental guide) and grill/ sear the cutlets over medium heat once oil is hot and runny. Once one side is reasonably browned, turn the cutlet over. When both sides are browned, turn the heat down. Your dish is ready once it is thoroughly heated through.
