How to prepare
This sauce goes well not only with tofu, but also with fried eggplant, harusame noodles, and other foods.How to defrost: Remove from outer bag and place (still in inner bag) in boiling water to warm and defrost. How to eat: To make mapo tofu, you will need approximately 1 bag of the sauce and 1/2 block of tofu. There is a basic recipe (for mapo tofu) as well as applied recipes (for mapo eggplant or for konnyaku and lotus root mapo sauce stir-fry) on the enclosed pamphlet.
