Made from 100% soy beans. Made by extracting soybean oil, which is then heated and pressurized, and finally dried under high heat. It contains as much protein as meat with only 1/2 to 1/4 of the calories, no cholesterol, and low fat. Soybeans are high in fiber and minerals and 100g is equivalent to the dietary fiber content in 3 whole cabbages. Soy isoflavone content is 5 times that of soy pulp or okara, and also high in Vitamin B and iron. Boil in water and enjoy the wonderful meat-like texture that is a great meat substitute for vegetarian and vegan meals.


Cooking Directions
Recommended Usage
Heat preferred amount of soy meat in a pot filled with water and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Transfer cooked soy meat to a strainer and rinse. Then squeeze well to release excess water. If the smell of soy is still strong, rinse and squeeze excess water 2 to 3 times.
