How to prepare

Usage examples: Suimono (clear broth soup): Combine 1 part dashi soup stock base with 15 to 20 parts water. Soup with noodles (kaketsuyu): Combine 1 part dashi soup stock base with 9 to 10 parts water. Dipping sauce for tempura: Combine 1 part dashi soup stock base with 4 to 5 parts water. Stews: Combine 1 part dashi soup stock base with 8 to 10 parts water. Chawanmushi (savory steamed egg custard): Combine 1 part dashi soup stock base with 11 to 13 parts water.After opening the bottle, store it in the refrigerator (below 10℃) and use as soon as possible.
