How to prepare
How to defrost: Remove the sauce from its outer bag, and place it (still in its inner bag) in boiling water. Heat for about 5 minutes. How to eat: There is a basic recipe (for black vinegar pork) as well as an applied recipe (for largehead hairtail black sweet vinegar sauce) on the enclosed pamphlet. When cooking with our Viva Chef black sweet vinegar sauce, 1 bag should be used for approximately every 2 servings you are making.
