Soft type of peanut cream with a mild sweetness. Easy to spread on bread so kids can help themselves, too.
It contains 38% peanut butter, so while it’s light and mild, it still delivers the full rich taste of peanuts butter.
Peanuts are natural energy booster and a great source of protein, calcium, iron and fiber. For this reason, it is an ideal food for the people who prefer vegetarian or vegan diet.
People with peanut allergy should not consume this product.
How to prepare
Enjoy on breads. Great as an ingredient for sweets and pastries as well. Spread Sugarlady’s Soft peanut cream on a toast, top it with sliced bananas or apples for a fulfilling snack or breakfast.Other uses include, a base for peanut sauce used in Thai and other Asian cuisines, and a flavor enhancer to be mixed in to Miso dressing for Japanese dishes such as Miso-Ae or Dengaku. To make Dengaku, boil vegetables such as eggplant, Daikon radish, firm tofu, Konnyaku, taro in Dashi (bonito broth) and once they are tender, put them on skewers. Mix Miso, soy sauce, Mirin, Sake, sugar, water and add Sugarlady’s peanut cream to taste. Spread the paste on the skewered ingredients.
