Tengu Natural Foods – Organic online store in Japan Since 1988 Alishan Organic Center
Tengu's owner, Jack Bayles, has always loved sharing good food with people. When attending festivals in his youth, he always brought along the biggest food basket. Tengu continues Jack's pleasure in providing great-tasting foods. The first seeds of Tengu were sown in Saitama around Jack and his wife Fay's kitchen table more than twenty years back. From these humble beginnings, Tengu has grown into a nationwide mail-order service for organic and vegetarian foods, drinks and environmentally sound cleaning supplies. The products we select for our catalog aren't just picked at random or sight unseen. Wherever possible we meet the farmers, look at their fields and learn about how each crop and product is grown. Our aim is to provide the ingredients needed for a happier, healthier lifestyle.
Products & Services
We were founded because Jack was hungry for a good breakfast. Our nut butters, rolled oats, whole wheat flours and dried fruit and nuts are satisfying and good for your health. See our online shop or request a free catalog for more details.
