Sugar meat was exclusively featured in the menu at the reception for the Asia AMR (Antimicrobial Resistance) Ministerial meeting in Tokyo, hosted by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.


Chef Keisuke Matsuhima is a house name among gourmands and connoisseurs as he is twice decorated with a Michelin star. Both his restaurants in France and Japan have been awarded with this honor. For a limited time, Chef Matsushima is offering exquisite dishes featuring Sugar Pork and Sugar Chicken at his one Michelin starred restaurant Keisuke Matsushima in Tokyo.


In addition to safety, trust and deliciousness, Sugar Meat was celebrated at the 46th Food Industry Technological Merit Awards for excellence in production and sales.


Visit Michelin starred restaurant Keisuke Matsushima (Shibuya-ku, Jingumae) to try savory dishes featuring Sugar Pork and Sugar Chicken. From April 1st to May 31st, 2017. In June and July the menu will change and other exquisite culinary creations featuring Sugar Meat can be enjoyed.
