Plain bagels made with soymilk


By boiling and then baking these bagels, we have given them a springy and elastic texture.
These bagels were also made using wheat flour from Hokkaido (the Tokachi yumechikara blend), shirakami-kodama yeast, and light brown sugar from Kagoshima.
Simply defrost at room temperature, in microwave, or in toaster oven, and enjoy.
Each package is 200g total, contains 2 bagels, and arrives frozen.
Keep frozen.
