Dashi soup stock for cooking


Classic dashi soup stock, carefully made using conscientiously selected katsuobushi, niboshi (small dried sardines), and kombu seaweed.
Can be used not only with Japanese dishes, but with a variety of other types of dishes as well.
Each bottle is 340g.
Store at room temperature until opening, then refrigerate.
