Domestic Shipping (within Japan)

Free shipping:
For deliveries within Japan we offer free shipping on total order amount over ¥5,000.

Shipping fees vary according to total purchase amount and delivery destination.

• ¥700 for products shipped to:
  Aomori, Iwate, Miyagi, Akita, Yamagata, Fukushima, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui, Yamanashi, Nagano, Gifu, Shizuoka, Aichi, Mie, Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyōgo, Nara, Wakayama, Tottori, Shimane, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi
• ¥1400 for products shipped to:
  Hokkaido, Tokushima, Kagawa, Ehime, Kochi, Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Okinawa

International Shipping (outside of Japan)

Free shipping:

• For international deliveries outside of Japan we offer free shipping on total order amount over ¥15,000.
• For international deliveries outside of Japan we ship using Japan Post Express Mail Service at a fee of ¥2,500.

Customs and import requirements:

• The recipient is responsible for confirming that the products may be legally imported into the destination country or region, completing customs clearance, and paying any applicable duties, taxes, fees, permits, or other charges.
• HealthyTOKYO cannot guarantee that a shipment will be accepted by customs. Except where required by applicable law, orders that are seized, refused, returned, or undeliverable due to import restrictions, missing permits, or unpaid charges are not eligible for a refund, return, exchange, or reshipment.
