At HealthyTOKYO, we take pride in the quality and safety of our products. For hygiene, health, and regulatory reasons, most products sold by HealthyTOKYO are non-returnable. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 


 

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions)

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following categories:

 

  • All food and beverage products (including but not limited to cookies, brownies, gummies, supplements, protein bars, etc.)

  • CBD products of any type

  • Pet treats or supplements

  • Vegan food products

  • Flowers, newspapers, and magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases

 

⚠️ These are considered perishable or ingestible items, and cannot be returned for health and safety reasons—even if they are unopened, unrefrigerated, or non-expired.

 


 

 

Returnable Items (30-Day Policy)

 

Only non-perishable, non-consumable items such as accessories or select merchandise may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

 

  • A return request is submitted within 30 days of purchase

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

  • The return is pre-approved by our customer support team

💸 Refunds (If Approved)

 

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

 

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund if return shipping was paid by HealthyTOKYO.

 

 


 

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

 

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

🔁 Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

🎁 Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return (if eligible). Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

 


 

 

📦 Shipping Your Return

 

Please do not send back any products without receiving written approval from our customer support team.

 

  • Once approved, return items to the address above.

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless the item was defective).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or unreceived return shipments.
