Can I Extend the Delivery Date if I Can't Use It All Within a Month?
You can pause your subscription twice every 30 days on your My Account page and reactivate it when ready. Alternatively, cancel the active subscription and create a new one with a longer delivery interval. Please note that a paused subscription reactivates automatically after 30 days.
Can I Combine Subscription and Regular Shopping?
Yes, it’s possible. Bundle regular orders with subscriptions to enjoy free shipping and cost savings. Membership registration is required for regular purchases.
Can I Use Points to Pay for Subscription Purchases?
Yes. Points earned through subscription deliveries can also be used for regular shopping and purchases. You can view your points in the “My Points” section of “My Account“.

How Can I Cancel My Subscription?
Suspend (cancel) your subscription by accessing the “Subscription” tab in your “My Account” or contacting us by email at least 2 days before the next scheduled shipping date.
Can I Cancel the Mid-Term?
Absolutely. You have the flexibility to cancel your product subscription at any time without any minimum subscription requirements. To do so, access the “Subscription” section in your “My Account,” or reach out to us by phone or email up to 2 days before the next scheduled shipment.
Can I change my subscription plan and delivery frequency?
Yes, this is possible. You will first have to cancel your existing product subscription on your subscription overview page. Then purchase the same subscription product again with your desired shipping frequency.
