Each bag of our mackerel cooked in miso contains 1 serving. Since this item is made with boneless mackerel, it can be consumed safely by all; from children to elders.

How to prepare
Boil in bag: Without defrosting the mackerel, remove it from its outer bag and place it (still in its inner bag) in boiling water. After the water has come to a boil again, cook the mackerel for 7 to 8 minutes.Notes: This fish has been deboned, but on rare occasion bones may be mixed in, so please eat with care.If the bag touches the rim of the pot, or if the bag is sticking out or hanging out of the pot, the bag can melt and develop holes. Please boil with care.Both fish and bag will be very hot after boiling. Please use caution to avoid burns.
