There are very few certified organic pure rice vinegars commercially available! Our pure rice vinegar is made over a period of about 5 months using only rice. (Depending on the region, pure rice vinegar may also be called “yonezu”). This vinegar’s feeling of translucency and pleasant flavor go well with any kind of food. You can also drink the vinegar after diluting it in water.

How to prepare
Our organic pure rice vinegar can be used with Japanese-style cooking such as sushi and sunomono (vinegared or pickled dishes), as well as with a variety of other types of cooking. Rice vinegar is an essential ingredient in seasoning sushi rice, but can also be used to jazz up stir-fries or sautés. When drinking this vinegar, one day’s dose is 15ml (1 tablespoon), which should be diluted in 60ml of water. Add honey or sugar to taste.
