Mentsuyu (noodle sauce)


Made using kombu seaweed from Hokkaido and katsuobushi from Yaizu. Highly flavorful; dilute by half to use.
Can be used as dashi soup stock, or as dipping soup.
Each bottle is 400ml.
Store at room temperature until opening, then refrigerate.
