This sauce is made with yuzu, which is a type of citrus fruit that looks a little bit like a lemon.
How to prepare
Our all-purpose kakepon can be used with stews, shabu shabu, grilled fish, tataki, karaage, gyoza dumplings, hiyayakko (chilled tofu), salads, vinegared or pickled dishes, and other foods. Tataki is fish or meat that has been seared and marinated or chopped and mixed with sauces. Karaage is most seen in the form of fried chicken, but can refer to other fried foods as well. The yuzu fruit juice in this product floats to the surface, so please shake well before use. After opening the bottle, store it in the refrigerator (below 10℃) and use as soon as possible.
