How to prepare
Defrost for 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.To cook on a fish roaster or other implement: Once the mackerel has defrosted, gently wipe away some of its miso coating and then cook the mackerel on a grill or in a frying pan, taking care with the level of heat so as not to burn it.This mackerel is not deboned. Please use caution when eating. If you do not wish to use all of the mackerel at once, take out the quantity you need without defrosting, seal the package securely right away and return it to the freezer, and eat the remaining mackerel as soon as possible.
