Made in Okinawa, Japan on Ishigaki Island. Made using organic, JAS-certified pineapple using only ripe Hawaiian variety pineapple grown in organic cultivation on the island of Ishigaki. There is an exceptionally long growing season from June until early August which creates the perfect pineapple. Pineapples are picked at the peak of ripeness to create an excellent balance of sugar content and acidity. The entire pineapple is pressed for juice to extract the perfect balance. The sugar content is around 14%.
