About the product
These hot dog buns, made of soft French bread, make it easy to enjoy authentic hot dogs in the comfort of your home. They can also be used to make Mentaiko French or Garlic French. Mentaiko French is an interesting combination of Western and Eastern cooking, and is made by combining cream cheese and mentaiko cod roe or caviar atop French bread.
How to prepare
Defrost at room temperature, without removing the buns from their individual wrappers (approximately 1 hour). Once defrosted, the buns can be eaten just as they are, but if toasted lightly they will become even more delicious. How to make hot dogs: ① Cook sausages in a frying pan. Prepare any other ingredients you wish to use, such as lettuce or onions. ② Cut slits in the defrosted buns and toast them. Then, make a sandwich using the bun, sausage, ketchup, mustard, and any other toppings you choose. Do not store in refrigerator. When stored in the refrigerator, the buns may harden or develop condensation. The buns will keep at normal temperatures for about two days, but they were made without using preservatives and so should be eaten as soon as possible after defrosting. If the buns are toasted without defrosting, they may harden or burn.
