While Bulgogi is typically a Korean dish that consists of beef, this product has chicken. Bulgogi means fire meat in Korean, and is traditionally cooked on a grill or over an open flame. Since chicken meat does not fair well to this kind of cooking, it is pan fried. Chicken Bulgogi is also known as ‘Dark Bulgogi’.
How to prepare
Thaw the meat in the refrigerator. After thawing, mix the meat and sauce well. Pour a sheet of oil in the frying pan and turn on the heat. rrange the chicken so that they are not touching, lower the heat, and make sure that the meat is cooker through by using a lid.It is encouraged to add vegetables to enhance this dish as part of a meal.Please be cautious of the heat because the sauce can get burnt easily. This product contains raw meat. Please serve and dine only after ensuring that the meat was cooked thoroughly.
