About the product
In French, “bouillon” has the same meaning as the Japanese word “dashi” (soup stock or broth). Our chicken bouillon is made using luxurious whole-chicken extract, as well as a good balance of vegetable extract. The bouillon is translucent, with a pleasant aftertaste, and can be used in any genre of cooking. It is granulated and dissolves easily.

How to prepare
Chicken bouillon is a helpful seasoning that can add that little extra something to a dish. It can be used to season soups, stews, stir-fries, pilafs, and other foods. Soup/stew: 1 bag can be used to make approximately 2 servings (300ml) of food. Stir-fry/pilaf: 1 bag can be used for approximately 2 servings of food. This product has a salty flavor. When using it in cooking, any other added salt may need to be adjusted accordingly. 1 bag of this product is equivalent to 1 bouillon cube.
