About the product
The term shiromi refers to various kinds of white-meated fish. This pleasingly-textured item is made with blue grenadier, cut into thick slices and breaded with nama (non-dried) panko. Once fried, the outer batter coating will be crunchy and the inner fish will be soft. They are coated with batter at a rate of 45% (each piece is approximately 33g fish, 27g coating).

How to prepare
To fry: Without defrosting it, fry the blue grenadier in oil at about 170℃ for 4 to 5 minutes, until it is light brown in color.Notes: If there is frost on the blue grenadier it can cause the hot oil to jump, so please be sure to remove any outer frost before frying.The cooking times listed are approximations. Please adjust according to the quantity of oil used and the efficiency of the cookware.
