About the product

The bones of this flounder have been softened using pressure, allowing the fish to be eaten without paying its bones any mind.

Sugarlady’s seafood is caught in season and processed right away, ensuring that you always receive the highest possible freshness and flavor. Because this righteye flounder comes coated in starch and ready to use, the amount of time you need to set aside for preparing fish dishes can be drastically reduced. In addition, because the fish comes frozen, it is easy to have plenty of it on hand at any time without worrying about it spoiling. Sugarlady’s seafood and other frozen products allow you to cook meals from all sorts of real, nutritious ingredients whenever you desire, even on the busiest of days!

How to prepare

Remove the flounder (still frozen) from its bag, and brown both sides in a frying pan with plenty of oil until the fish is cooked all the way through. If frying the flounder, place it (still frozen) in 160℃ to 170℃ oil and fry for about 4 minutes. The oil is likely to leap while cooking/frying, so please use plenty of caution. This flounder is unseasoned, and so once cooked can be eaten with sweet vinegar sauce, vegetable ankake, grated daikon with ponzu soy sauce, or any kind of flavor you desire.
