Japanese-style minced vegetable dressing

Made with plenty of onions for texture and accented with red bell peppers and shiitake mushrooms, giving the dressing umami and color.

About the product
This dressing contains many traditional Japanese ingredients, including karashi (a type of hot mustard) powder, kombu seaweed (a delicious and slightly sweet type of seaweed), shiitake mushrooms, and ginger. The oil content of this dressing is about 20%, and it was made using non-genetically modified rapeseed oil. The dressing can be used both on salads and as an ingredient in other dishes and sauces.

How to prepare
This dressing is ready to eat and enjoy as soon as it arrives at your home. Shake dressing with cap on before use. Once the bottle has been opened, store it in the refrigerator (below 10℃) and use as soon as possible.
