About the product

The mackerel used in this product was caught in Norway and is full of healthy fats. Norwegian mackerel is a delicacy in many parts of the world. It is a lively fish, usually in season and with juicy meat. It is distinguishable by its tiger stripes.

Daikon radish is added to this product to compliment the mackerel flavors, including the daikon radish sauce.

Each packaged bag contains 2 servings. It is also possible to prepare half at a time, to serve only one serving.

An oily fish related to tuna, mackerel has outer layers of red meat and lighter interior meat. Mackerel are higher-fat fish, rich in the healthful polyunsaturated fats known as long-chain omega-3s, which may help boost heart health.
