About the product
These sausages are made with domestic pork. Each sausage comes in 15g portions, which is neither too much or too little. This allows the sausages to be served in both lunches and dinners. Due to the vegetable flavors that are used on top of the salt seasoning, the sausages’ mellow flavors can be enjoyed.In addition, the sausages were lightly smoked with cherry blossom chips and spices that go very well with meat such as dill, thyme, marjoram, etc. for a rich and satisfying aroma.
Many of the commercially sold refrigerated products use phosphate in order to improve the texture and retain the crispness and elasticity of the skin and meat. On the other hand, Sugarlady products use natural ingredients throughout the production process, with a strong effort to improve the taste and texture without using phosphate.
Natural casings can vary in skin width, and this could cause the skin to feel tougher. The refrigerated sausages (commercial) vs. frozen sausages (Sugarlady sausages) have different textures. Generally speaking, frozen sausages’ skin will feel tougher. Black granular bits that appear in the meat are likely the spices, such as parsley.
How to prepare
Please remove the frozen sausages from the bag and place in boiling water. Boil for about 5 minutes, and saute lightly for taste. You are also welcome to add mustard, ketchup, etc.Notes: It is possible that boiling too long or frying for too long will make the skin peel. Please be careful. It is also possible for the sausages to have a frosty appearance. This should not affect the taste of quality of the meat.
