About the product
Sugarlady’s rich sesame sauce was made with sesame prepared in three different ways. In order to create a stronger sesame flavor, chopped sesame as well as ground, roasted sesame was used. Sesame paste was used for its mellowing effect. This sauce was made using JAS certified organic soy sauce, and uses unrefined sugar for a richer flavor.
Sesame is a very common taste in traditional Japanese cooking, and this sesame sauce can be used for Japanese-style dishes such as hiyayakko (a dish with chilled tofu) as well as other foods and recipes from around the world.

How to prepare
This sauce is ready to eat and enjoy as soon as it arrives at your home. Shake with cap on before use. Once the bottle has been opened, store it in the refrigerator (below 10℃) and use it as soon as possible.
