This item features chicken and shrimp that have been seasoned, wrapped in fluffy fried egg, and then steamed. It can be eaten as a dim sum dish or added to bento boxes.

How to prepare
Microwave: Arrange the shrimp balls (still frozen) on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and microwave.Approximate cooking times: (500W) Two pieces/1 minute, four pieces/1 minute 30 seconds, six pieces/2 minutes 30 seconds.Steam: Set up your steamer. Once it begins producing steam, place a sheet of baking paper inside and steam the shrimp balls for about 7 minutes on high heat.
