About the product
These gratins are mini-sized and perfect for adding to a bento box. Enjoy two different flavors – comes with three of each variety! The first variety is a kabocha pumpkin gratin with cream sauce, and the second variety is an eggplant gratin with chicken meat tomato sauce. Kabocha pumpkins are soft and somewhat sweet, and are very popular in Japanese cooking.
The gratins come in paper cups and already have grill marks so that they can be easily microwaved and added to a bento box.
How to prepare
To heat in the microwave: Take the frozen gratins from their outer bag, and microwave them uncovered in their cups. Cook each cup for approximately 1 minute 40 seconds in a 500W microwave, and approximately 1 minute 30 seconds in a 600W microwave. Cooking times will vary depending on the model and output of your microwave, and on the amount of food being cooked. Please adjust accordingly. Will be hot after microwaving. Please use caution to avoid burns.
