The batter coating of these large shrimp is made with shrimp powder and plenty of eggs. The panko is applied by hand.

How to prepare
To fry: Without defrosting them, fry the shrimp in oil at 170℃ for about 3 minutes 30 seconds.Reference: How to make original tartar sauce:1 boiled egg (finely chopped)30g Chinese onion (finely chopped)20g sweet pickles (cucumber, finely chopped)1/2 cup mayonnaise1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoons parsley (finely chopped).Simply combine these ingredients and mix them together, and your tartar sauce is complete!Notes: If there is frost on the shrimp it can cause the hot oil to jump, so please be sure to remove any outer frost before frying.If a large number of shrimp are fried at the same time the temperature of the oil will drop, causing the shrimp to be undercooked or to break apart; so please use caution when frying.The tails of shrimp can cause injury to the lips or mouth, so please eat with care.
