About the product
The word tare describes a category of somewhat sweet sauces that are used in Japan on a variety of meat dishes (including yakiniku (grilled meat)) as well as sushi and other items such as dumplings.
This sweet tare sauce is seasoned with garlic and has a base of pure brew soy sauce. To this base, the sourness of apple cider vinegar was added, as well as ground sesame. The insertion of the fruit vinegar amidst the other rich flavors creates a refreshing aftertaste that you will never get tired of.

How to prepare
This sauce is ready to eat and enjoy as soon as it arrives at your home. Add to your grilled meat, vegetable stir-fry, or sauté in whatever quantities you desire. Shake well before use. Once the bottle has been opened, store it in the refrigerator (below 10℃) and use as soon as possible.
