About the product
This delicacy item consists of rich, carefully prepared soup cooked together with shark fin and crab. The soup used is a stock soup made with chicken, pork, and beef components. This soup has high viscosity, and once cooked can be either eaten by itself or poured atop dishes such as ramen noodles or chawanmushi (savory egg custard).
Depending on where you live, it can be quite difficult to find retailers that sell shark fin. Sugarlady’s frozen shark fin soup allows you to enjoy this special dish anytime.
Each bag is 1 serving. The capacity of the bags has changed in recent years from 170g to 120g in order to better match the small-sized bowls often used in serving Chinese-style cooking. The soup itself remains unchanged.
How to prepare
Remove the shark fin soup (still frozen) from its outer bag. Place it (still in its unopened inner bag) in boiling water, and heat for about 10 minutes. Eat the soup while it is still warm.
