Harusame noodles, whose name means spring rain, are sometimes called cellophane noodles because of their translucency. These harusame noodles come infused with the delicious umami of meat and vegetables. Bountiful as well as colorful, the dish is made with eight different kinds of ingredients; including scrambled eggs, cabbage, onions, and chicken.

How to prepare
Remove the harusame noodle stir-fry (still frozen) from its outer bag. Without removing it from its inner bag, place it on a microwave-safe plate with the indicated side of the bag up. Cook approximately as follows, one serving at a time. In a 500W microwave, cook for 4 minutes 20 seconds. In a 600W microwave, cook for 3 minutes 50 seconds.
