About the product
Chuno sauce is similar to Worcestershire sauce. It and its “family” of sauces (Worcester sauce, chuno sauce, tonkatsu sauce) are ubiquitous in Japan. Chuno sauce is in the middle of the three in terms of thickness and viscosity. These sauces can be used on everything from okonomiyaki (a traditional omelet-like dish) to tonkatsu (pork cutlet that has been breaded and fried) to yakisoba (soba noodles cooked in a pan).
Some are particular about which of the three sauces they use in particular dishes, while others have one favorite sauce that they may use more than the other two.
Seasonings such as sauces can be a crucial part of a meal, turning plain food into a delicious experience. After all, sometimes we only think we don’t like certain foods because we haven’t tried them with the right seasoning! Sugarlady’s chuno sauce and other seasoning products are safe and free of chemical seasonings and additives, letting the true, natural flavors of the ingredients themselves shine – and allowing you to enjoy your meal without worry.
